Online delivery
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests are processed within 1 day and delivery is confirmed by order number. Courier services operate in South Africa only. Orders placed before 15:00 are sent out in a timely manner.
Delivery areas
The live policy says main centres may qualify for overnight or next-day delivery but can still take 2–5 working days depending on the courier. Regional areas, usually about 50km outside a main centre, may take 2–5 working days. Outlying or remote areas may take longer and may have specific service days.
Charges and delivery days
Outlying areas may attract an additional courier charge, which Vanilla Vape says it will confirm with the customer. No orders are delivered on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays. Delivery charges and any free-delivery threshold are calculated at checkout for your address and selected method.
In-store collection
In-store collection is available as an option. Proof of payment must be sent to [email protected] and payment must reflect in the bank account before items are released.
